Frequently Asked Questions
Our syrups are shelf-stable until opened and can sit at ambient (room) temperature while in active use behind the bar or on your shelf. Once opened, refrigeration is recommended and bottles will keep well for up to a year or more when kept cold.
Because we don't use stabilizers or acid preservatives, the flavor stays clean and true to the ingredients — but this also means the syrups oxidize faster than mass-produced commercial syrups, especially at ambient temperature. For best flavor and longevity, refrigerate after opening and keep containers tightly sealed between uses.
Your opening order minimum is 1 case, in any mix of flavors within a collection. Reorders also have a 1-case minimum. Your wholesale tier (and pricing) is based on your total case volume across all three collections combined.
Standard lead time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Limited releases and larger volume orders may require additional lead time — I'll always flag this at the time of ordering if it applies.
Yes — free shipping is included on Tier 2 orders (2 to 3 cases) and above. Tier 1 (single case) orders ship at standard shipping rates.
I accept cash, ACH, or credit card. Payment is due upon invoice. I don't currently offer credit accrual or net payment terms.
