Twilight Ember Cherry Pepper Cold Foam Cold Brew
Embers over ice, dark fruit under a pale crown.
Bold cold brew meets Twilight Ember's cherry-lime heat, black pepper spark, cardamom, cinnamon, and cayenne warmth, then gets crowned with spiced cold foam.
Yields: 1 coffee | Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
5 oz cold brew concentrate
1 oz Herbal Alchemy Twilight Ember Syrup
Ice
For the cold foam: 3 oz heavy cream or oat barista blend, tiny pinch ground cardamom, tiny pinch cinnamon, tiny pinch cayenne
Freshly cracked black pepper and lime zest, for garnish
Instructions:
Pour cold brew and .5oz Twilight Ember Syrup together in the bottom of a 10-12oz glass.
Stir until fully incorporated
Fill glass 3/4 full with ice.
Froth cream with .5 oz Twilight Ember Syrup, cardamom, cinnamon, and cayenne until softly thickened.
Spoon foam over the ice.
Finish with ground black pepper and lime zest.
Alchemist's Note: Cayenne should arrive as warmth after the sip, not as a challenge.
