Twilight Ember Cherry Pepper Cold Foam Cold Brew

Embers over ice, dark fruit under a pale crown.

Bold cold brew meets Twilight Ember's cherry-lime heat, black pepper spark, cardamom, cinnamon, and cayenne warmth, then gets crowned with spiced cold foam.

Yields: 1 coffee | Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz cold brew concentrate

  • 1 oz Herbal Alchemy Twilight Ember Syrup

  • Ice

  • For the cold foam: 3 oz heavy cream or oat barista blend, tiny pinch ground cardamom, tiny pinch cinnamon, tiny pinch cayenne

  • Freshly cracked black pepper and lime zest, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pour cold brew and .5oz Twilight Ember Syrup together in the bottom of a 10-12oz glass.

  2. Stir until fully incorporated

  3. Fill glass 3/4 full with ice.

  4. Froth cream with .5 oz Twilight Ember Syrup, cardamom, cinnamon, and cayenne until softly thickened.

Alchemist's Note: Cayenne should arrive as warmth after the sip, not as a challenge.
